欢迎使用缠道应用（以下简称"本应用"）。请在使用前仔细阅读以下条款。使用本应用即表示您同意本协议的所有条款。

1. 服务说明

本应用提供基于缠论的股票技术分析工具，包括K线数据展示、缠论笔段分析、买卖点信号提示、智能监控等功能。本应用仅提供技术分析工具，不提供投资建议。

2. 账户

• 您需要注册账户才能使用本应用的功能。
• 您有责任维护账户安全，不得将账户借给他人使用。
• 您提供的注册信息应真实准确。

3. 订阅服务

• 订阅方案：本应用提供 Pro（月付¥28/年付¥198）和 Pro+（月付¥58/年付¥398）两种自动续费订阅。
• 付款：订阅费用通过您的 Apple ID 账户收取，在确认购买时扣款。
• 自动续费：订阅将在当前周期结束前24小时内自动续费，届时从您的账户收取续费费用。
• 取消订阅：您可以在 iPhone/iPad 的"设置 > Apple ID > 订阅"中随时取消自动续费。取消后，当前订阅期内仍可正常使用。
• 免费试用：如提供免费试用，试用期结束后将自动开始付费订阅，除非您在试用期结束前取消。

4. 免费功能

未订阅用户可以使用基础功能，包括沪深A股日线/周线级别的K线查看（消耗能量）。每日提供20点能量，可通过观看广告获取额外能量。

5. 投资风险声明

重要提示：本应用提供的所有分析数据和信号仅供参考，不构成任何投资建议。股市有风险，投资需谨慎。您基于本应用信息做出的任何投资决策，由您自行承担全部风险和责任。我们不对任何投资损失承担责任。

6. 知识产权

本应用的所有内容、设计、代码、商标均为我们的知识产权。未经授权，您不得复制、修改、分发或以任何方式使用本应用的内容。

7. 使用规范

您不得：

• 利用本应用从事任何违法活动。
• 对本应用进行反向工程、破解或未授权访问。
• 使用自动化工具批量抓取本应用数据。
• 以任何方式干扰本应用的正常运行。

8. 服务变更与终止

我们有权根据需要修改、暂停或终止部分或全部服务。对于免费服务的变更，我们不承担额外义务。对于付费订阅用户，如服务终止，我们将按比例退还未使用的订阅费用。

9. 免责声明

本应用按"现状"提供，我们不保证服务不会中断或没有错误。因网络、服务器、数据源等原因导致的服务中断，我们不承担责任。

10. 协议修改

我们可能会不时修改本协议。修改后的协议将在本页面发布。继续使用本应用即表示您接受修改后的条款。

11. 适用法律

本协议受中华人民共和国法律管辖。

Welcome to ChanDao. By using this application ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. Service Description

The App provides stock technical analysis tools based on Chan theory, including K-line data, bi/xd analysis, signal alerts, and monitoring features. The App provides analysis tools only and does not provide investment advice.

2. Subscriptions

• Plans: Pro (¥28/month or ¥198/year) and Pro+ (¥58/month or ¥398/year) auto-renewable subscriptions.
• Payment: Charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew within 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Cancellation: Manage or cancel subscriptions in iPhone/iPad Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

3. Investment Risk Disclaimer

Important: All analysis data and signals provided by the App are for reference only and do not constitute investment advice. You bear full responsibility for any investment decisions made based on information from the App.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and trademarks in the App are our intellectual property. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not reverse engineer, scrape data from, or interfere with the normal operation of the App.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
